Father Charles Nabwana, President - Director
Father Nabwana was born and raised in Kibale District Western
Uganda. He has been a priest for thirty years and has
served in a variety of positions both in the United States and
Uganda. His positions have included parish ministry, serving as
the Pastor, Diocese of La Crosse Wisconsin, as well as extensive
involvement in seminary education serving, nine years, as the
Academic Dean, Katigondo National Major Seminary, Masaka,
Uganda. In addition, Father Charles served as the Director of
the Catechetical Center, Hoima Uganda. Currently, Father Charles
is the Hospital Liaison Staff Chaplain for a local hospital in
Orlando, Florida.

Mary Michelle Arsenault, Advisory Committee
Mary Michelle was born in Rwanda and grew up in Uganda, East Africa. Today, she lives in Deltona, married to Denis and mother of a beautiful girl. Mary Michelle works as an Infectious Disease Specialist at Fish Memorial in Orange City and Deland Hospitals. Her education in Uganda included Registered Nursing and she served as a Post War Trauma Advisor in Rwanda following genocide. Mary Michelle attended St. Andrews University in Michigan and has been working in Medical field as an RN for 25 years.
Mary Michelle and family are parishioners of Our Lady of Lakes in Deltona. She is actively involved with KUDU due to the close experiences of her own family in Uganda and Rwanda and firsthand experience of the devastation not to have basic and essential commodities of life. KUDU is a blessing to assist child out of this devastation.

Beverly Haynes, Board of Directors
Ms. Haynes lives in Winter Park, Florida. For over ten years she
has served as the East Region Director and Consultant for a
large bankcard payment services corporation, and has also worked
extensively during the past twenty years with numerous
non-profit organizations. |

Deacon Bob Kreps, Board of Directors
Deacon Robert Kreps retired in 1994 from the US Air Force as a colonel after 28 years in various command and staff positions. He holds a BA in Chinese from Stanford University; MA in Far Eastern History from University of Arizona; and has an MS in Information Technology from Barry University. In the Air Force he served in the intelligence field, developed information technology systems, and was the Defense and Air Attaché to Romania. While in service he headed the Combined Federal Campaign for Langley AFB raising over $110,000. Bob has been an ordained Permanent Deacon in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orlando, Florida, since 2002.

Vincent Arch, Advisory Committee
Mr. Arch has been a commercial real estate broker in the
Orlando, Florida area for the past 35 years. He has served on
the boards of The Leukemia Society, Florida Hospital Foundation,
and The ALS Association. He has also been active in the parish
of St. Margaret Mary Church as an usher and Eucharistic
Minister. |

Denis Arsenault, Advisory Committee
Denis has over 25 years of information technology experience at organizations including Harcourt Brace, Buzzbrain.com, Tech Data, and Infotrax. Among his areas of expertise, Denis has designed and produced many applications for the medical industry and learning solutions for education. A graduate of the St. Leo University and the University of Phoenix with BS and MS degrees in Computer Information Systems, Denis is Senior Solutions Architect at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in Orlando. In addition, Denis has served as adjunct faculty in a number of online university environments. He and his wife, Mary-Michelle, reside in Deltona and have a daughter, Gabriella. Mary-Michelle is a native of Uganda and Denis has been blessed to visit the country several times. The Arsenault’s most recent visit, in spring of 2011, included a trip to the Home of the Holy Angels. He is a passionate advocate for the children and people of this nation.

Andy DiLoreto, Advisory Committee
Mr. DiLoreto is currently the Assistant Comptroller with the Orange County Sheriff's Office, having served in the governmental accounting field for over 27 years, including positions as an Auditor and a Management Analyst. A Certified Government Financial Manager, Andy is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting. Andy currently serves on advisory committees for the Orlando Federal Credit Union and the Florida Sheriff’s Association. Andy, and his wife, LeeAnn, have three daughters, live in Winter Park, and have been active parishioners of St. Margaret Mary Parish community since 1988. Each the girls attended SMM and currently attend Bishop Moore Catholic High School and UCF.

Michael Germain, Advisory Committee
Michael Germain is an Engineering Specialist with the State of Florida. He has worked in the Telecommunications industry and has planned, engineered and program managed multiple projects to improve and change telecommunication networks. He holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from Keller Graduate School Of Management in Orlando Florida. He is fluent in English, Creole, French and is knowledgeable in Spanish. He is active in various church ministries and mission projects. |

John Gilbert, Advisory Committee
A highly successful and motivated marketing professional, Mr. Gilbert brings over 25 years of experience in the communications industry providing his clients and employers with full service marketing, advertising, design, and public relations solutions. Representative of his accomplishments and contributions include local Addy awards in photography and audio visual production. Fund-raising clients include the Presbyterian Synod of Florida, the Girl Scouts of the Nation's Capital and the Catholic Diocese of Orlando.

Jack Prietsch,
Advisory Committee
Jack is Director of Human Resources with Siemens Energy. He started his career in the late '70's in the defense industry in the field of supply management. His focus changed to Human Resources where he has held progressively responsible positions in the defense, IT and power industries. In addition to working with the advisory committee for KUDU, Jack is actively engaged in supporting the Father Beiting Appalachian Mission Center, a ministry serving the poor in Appalachia. He is also on the Board of Directors for Goodwill Industries of Central Florida. |

John C. Schrenker, CPA, CFP,
Advisory Committee
John has over 30 years of accounting and financial experience. He has been practicing as a sole practitioner since 1976, which a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals, to small and mid size businesses, which include non-profit organizations. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a Certified Financial Planner, and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. |

Betsy Schreyer,
Advisory Committee
Betsy Schreyer is a professional grant writer and has been living in Central Florida since 2002. She assists with grant management and fundraising for Crealde School of Art and has had her own coaching practice since 2002. She has honed her business and leadership skills over many years in the trenches of corporate life, as a thought-leader, product developer, brand and marketing manager for forward-thinking organizations including Aveda Corporation, Rivertown Trading Corporation, the University of St. Thomas, and ChartHouse Learning Corporation (creators of the best-selling book and film FISH!). She holds a B.A. in Intercultural Education from Wheaton College in Illinois and an Executive M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. Betsy received her coaching training from Coaches Training Institute, and is currently gaining credentials for certification.

Mary D. Senne, Ph.D,
Advisory Committee
After completing a master’s degree in psychology in 1984, worked in the mental health field for ten years in public and private settings. In 1992, began working in the disability community in Central Florida on behalf of second child Patrick. Efforts included development of a behavioral center for children diagnosed with autism, Quest Kids, followed by the creation of the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) in 1997. During this same time worked closely with the local school systems and other community agencies to build capacity. Founded the Toni Jennings Exceptional Education Institute in 1999 at the University of Central Florida, College of Education with the goal of better preparing teachers to work with families of children with disabilities. Received Governors Points of Light Award from State of Florida for work in area of disabilities and education. Completed doctoral degree in spring, 2005 from the University of Central Florida, with a research focus on preparing teachers to effectively partner with families of children with disabilities. Married, three children and lives in central Florida.

Mark Thompson,
Advisory Committee
Mr. Thompson has almost 30 years of audit, accounting and marketing experience at organizations including Barnett Bank, ALLTEL, Deloitte and Price Waterhouse. A graduate of the University of Delaware and a CPA, Mark is Manager, Internal Audit at Orlando Utilities Commission. He serves on professional committees at the Orlando Federal Credit Union and Central Florida chapter of the IIA. He and his wife, Louise, reside in College Park and have two boys; a recent graduate of Princeton and a student at Florida State University. They have been parishioners at St. Margaret Mary since 2004. Mark has been actively involved in Crown Financial Ministries, JustFaith and FOCCUS.

Tracy A. Wagner-Hilleren, Advisory Committee
Tracy A. Wagner-Hilleren is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Central Florida in 1984 where she resides in Orlando, Florida with her two sons Nolan and Carter, daughter Tessa and her husband Dr. David J. Hilleren.
Mrs. Hilleren received her Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, MURP from the University of Florida, Gainesville, Fl and her undergraduate degree in Accounting BS/BA from the University of Central Florida, Orlando, and Fl.
Mrs. Hilleren is an active volunteer within St. Margaret Mary Catholic School. She is currently involved with the Holy Angels Project of Kibale, Uganda. Her previous charitable volunteer positions have been with organizations within her community such as; Habitat for Humanity, Homes in Partnership, Junior League of Central Florida, and the Children’s Home Society.
Her involvement within the Junior League of Central Florida provided the opportunity to work hand in hand with Homes in Partnership, Apopka, and Fl. This organization assisted in housing poverty stricken families with homes of their own. This lead Mrs. Hilleren to reside as President of Habitat for Humanity of East Orange County in 1992-93. During the course of her involvement, 6 homes were built for deserving Habitat Families and a large tract of land was donated for future development through her negotiations.
She worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in Central Florida which focused on income producing properties and eminent domain projects. Her most recent career position as Regional Sales Manager focused on innovative pharmaceuticals and the adoption of new pathways for diagnosing and treating disease. Her education and work experience has been varied and intertwined benefiting her personal and community based volunteer life.
